Three Generations
of Fire & Flour
Nonna Marcella brought her father's brick oven plans from Naples in 1987. She built it by hand in a Merrillville garage, fired it for the first time that November, and never let the coals die.
Today her grandchildren stretch the same dough, import the same tomatoes, and sweep the same oven floor before every service. The recipe hasn't changed. The fire hasn't stopped.
We don't count how many pizzas we've served. We count the families who've made us part of their week — first dates, birthdays, Friday nights that turned into traditions.
